If you received a trademark notice of opposition, then it means that a third party believes that your trademark should not be registered, and has filed an Opposition before the trademark office.
Usually the reason is that this third party believes that your trademark is similar to theirs.
A notice of opposition does not mean that you have lost your trademark, but you do need to present a Trademark Defense if you want to continue with the registration process. This Trademark Defense must be presented within the informed timeframe.
