    • representation of trademark
    • dates of first use
    • colours to be protected
    • specimen(s) of use
    • applicable international class
    • disclaimers
    • opposition details
    • assignment and publication details
    • amendments
    • representative's name and contact information
    • Spanish or English translation of components of the mark
